1. Power Unit Cabinet

Main Components:

• Power Unit (including HV-IGBT), Current Sensor, Water Cooling Pipeline.

Main Functions:

• By controlling the HV-IGBT, the frequency conversion speed regulation function and the unit automatic bypass function are realized;
• Based on the carrier phase shifting technology, the power units output perfect sine waves in series;
• The pipeline has a built-in cooling medium, which is driven by the circulating pump. The heat inside the unit is transported to the radiator.

  2. Water Cooler
  
   

  

• Main components:

  • Main circulating pump, Filter, Circulating pipeline, Air radiator.

  Main functions:

  • The main circulation pump promotes the reciprocating circulation of the cooling medium between the air radiator and the power device to achieve the effect of heat dissipation;
  • The circulation pipeline is equipped with a high-level water tank as a voltage stabilization buffer device, which maintains a constant pressure for the system and can absorb the cooling medium in the system.
  • The volume change ensures the normal operation of the entire system.

      4. Typical load

       

      Main components:
      Blast furnace blower,Oxygen compressor, Boiler induced draft fan, Sintering main exhaust fan, Fan, Water pump and other loads.
